• Following the cases based on competition ligitation in general courts,
• In accordance with the competition ligitation, preparing and controling vertical agreements for establishing a distribution network such as dealership, agency, exclusive distributorship agreement,
• In accordance with the competition ligitation, preparing and controling joint-ventures agreements and vertical/horizontal agrements for various cooperations,
• Following the allowance process for merger and acqusition transactions in Competition Committee and executing whole process about these transactions,
• Making applications and following the process about individual exemption and negative clearance.
